Jeff Bright focuses his practice on civil litigation, construction matters, and real estate disputes. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts. Most of his litigation pertains to construction disputes, including breach of contract, mechanics’ lien claims, bond claims, matters under the Board of Claims’ jurisdiction, and claims under the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act and Prompt Payment Acts. He prepares a monthly informational newsletter titled, Legal Punchlist: A Construction Law Newsletter. He has also published multiple law review articles on various topics.

Jeff received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2009, where he graduated summa cum laude and was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2004. He has been practicing law since 2009 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Maryland, and the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Jeff previously served on the Board of Directors for the York City Little League. He is currently a member of the ABC Safety Committee (Keystone Chapter) and the Lancaster Building Industry Foundation. He is also a member of the York County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
