DAVID A. FLORES

David A. Flores joined Harmon & Davies, P.C. in 1993, where he serves as Partner. Dave concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation including employment and construction litigation and dispute resolution. Dave is experienced in representing clients before federal and state courts. He has practiced before numerous administrative and arbitration tribunals.

Prior to joining Harmon & Davies, P.C. in 1993, Dave clerked for Judge Nils A. Boe of the U.S. Court of International Trade, and served in private practice in New York and Pennsylvania. Dave earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown Law School in 1982, where he served as Executive Editor of Georgetown's International Law Review.

Dave received his Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College in 1978. Dave is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New York Bars as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. He also is a member of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors where he serves on the Legislative Grass Roots Committee.
